These terms govern your use of the MFKAPPS website and the mobile apps I publish (Granyn, Hydrame, and future apps). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

Using this website or any MFKAPPS app means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. I may update the terms over time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. Use of the services

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control. You agree not to misuse the services — for example, by reverse-engineering them, reselling them, or using them to break the law.

3. App-specific terms

Granyn

Granyn helps you track personal budgets. It is a tracking tool, not financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own financial decisions.

Hydrame

Hydrame helps you track hydration. It is a wellness aid, not medical advice. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

4. Intellectual property

The apps, the website, the MFKAPPS name, and the logo are owned by the studio and protected by applicable law. The data you create in an app belongs to you.

5. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do my best to keep them working well, but I can't guarantee they'll be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFKAPPS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including any loss of data.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Türkiye.

8. Changes to these terms

I may revise these terms as the services evolve. The effective date above always reflects the latest version.
